Shirt Woot has this little darling up for sale a few days ago. If you can’t tell, it’s a pixelated Michael Jackson (pre-Two Face incident). Oh, for the good old days when Michael lent his sprite based likeness to the Moonwalker game by Sega back in 1990.

Fear it…
It got me thinking. When was the last time a MEGA BIG musician did a MEGA BIG game tie in? Aerosmith was just featured as the main band in the newest Guitar Hero (COUGHexpansionpackCOUGH), but it sold moderately well at best and wasn’t nearly as Xtreme! as Revolution X.
So what fruits have been borne from the combination of musicians and game designers, that may be shown without shame. Are there any big musi-game mergers on the horizon? And does the rambling epic Shaq-Fu count? Below you will find an example of just what evil can come of such an unholy union…
BEHOLD!
Kiss Pinball – 2001

I guess the correlation isn’t that hard to fathom:
If you like shitty music – You probably like shitty games.
