Today Microsoft released the expansion pack for Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords, called Revenge of the Plague Lord. I guess technically it would be called Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords: Revenge of the Plague Lord, which is a lot to swallow. Its $8.75 price tag (700 Microsoft Points, thanks Microsoft Points Converter!) was a lot to swallow, too.
I played through Puzzle Quest as a wee lad (read: last fall) and had a great time with it. I kind of had TOO good of a time with it, because I totally burnt out on it in like two weeks, after I finished the game and my 200 cheevers. Jumping into it again, I am totally ready for the 50+ new quests and new baddies. Hopefully I won’t burn myself out again.
I really want to play this, but I don’t want to play all the way through Challenge again, because I played it on the DS. Maybe I will, though.
