I’ve been using an application called NetNewsWire for the past five months. It’s an RSS feed reader, which allows you to subscribe to multiple blog/RSS-based websites (like this one) and view them all at once instead of going to each individual site. It syncs with NewsGator, an online RSS reader, which means you can either read your feeds at home on your computer or online at newsgator.com and it’ll remember which feeds you have read and which you haven’t. It has a PC version called FeedDemon, too. Did I mention that this is all completely free?
If that wasn’t enough, they have released a free iPhone application that keeps me even more connected. As you can see from the picture above, it lists all the feeds you’re subscribed to (all automatically, no need to re-input anything) and lets you read them on a very sleek interface. And it syncs with the computer application and online reader, which means you can read your feeds on any one of the three interfaces and it’ll remember everything.
